Would you rather have it very cold or very hot outside?
I would rather have it very cold outside. I live in the wrong area of the country for this, however. I live in south Texas where it is more likely to be very hot outside, especially from April to October. Rats.
If it is very cold outside, you can layer your clothing and keep warm. That’s what clothing and outerwear is meant for. In the hot weather, there is just no way to get comfortable. I don’t even mind the snow if I don’t have to drive anywhere in it. I just take the bus and look forward to a nice cup of hot cocoa when I get home. In the hot weather, you are trapped in your air conditioned house. It is painful to go to your car that has been sitting in the sun and is at a temperature of 125°F inside the car and takes forever to cool off. You can’t even touch the steering wheel without burning your hands.
I would much rather brave the cold than face the heat of south Texas any day. Of course I say this knowing that I won’t have to face the cold anytime soon.
Cold, I guess…
