How Do You Know When To Publish

This is a difficult topic to write about. It isn’t really very interesting. I write usually in a free-writing mode, sort of a stream of thought writing. I write about a topic as long as I have something to say. When I have written all that I think is appropriate to write about the topic, then I put in pictures to “spice up” the blog. Then the blog is finished. Sometimes the blog is rather short; sometimes I have a lot to write about a particular subject and the blog gets rather lengthy. I don’t plan out my blogging very much. I just write as much as I feel like writing that gets my point across in the blog, and then I don’t write anymore. The blog is done. Finished. As long as it says what I want to say and has pictures to make it interesting, then it is fit to be published. I don’t outline anything, except very rarely. I use a stream of consciousness writing in my blogging and that’s about it.

About mairedubhtx

I am a "youngish" grandmother of 15 year old twin granddaughter who has recently (is a year "recent"?) adopted Islam as my way of life, much to the consternation of my family. I love to read. I love to write. I am writing a book about my decision to revert, about my spiritual journey. I have another blog about stories from my youth, my parents, and grandparents. It's a blog so my OCD daughter will not be able to throw it out when I die. I suffer from depression and anxiety, for which I am treated, so my posts may be a bit dark at times. C'est la vie.
