Yes, I think global warming is real. From all the research that I have read and seen, global warming is a real phenomenon. In the US, our summera are getting hotter and our winter, for the most part milder. The glaciers are retreating nearly everywhere year after year and the polar ice caps are melting at an alarming rate.
I dind’t come to this conclusion by myself. I have done my reading and research. There may be years that don’t fit the pattern but the pattern is definitely there. The weather patterns also reflect the warming of the ocean waters: the hurricanes are more severe and more frequent. In the past few years we have had many more named storms develop in the Atlantic, even though they haven’t made land-fall. The jet-stream is affected. Because the jet-stream does not drop down far enough, in my own state of Texas, we in the south are in the midst of a terrible drought, and the heat is early and severe. Only if we have hurricanes are we likely to get sufficient rain to bring us out of this drought. What a choice: drought or hurricanes.
I think we need to wake up to the fact that global warming is real. We need to take whatever actions we need to to help stop this trend.
Great polar bear shot! Not so good for the polar bear, though.
Global warming is a lie and there is more proofs about that than for this “theory”. It’s not even a fact it’s a theory. Why do they need to lie? To make money! Simple.
You are entitled to your opinion, although I think you are mistaken in your views.
No. You lied! Of course global warming is occurring. Remember all the natural disasters this year including the heat wave in the east coast. Well, that’s from global warming.
